Brent D. Bergin, CFP®, brings over 40 years of investment experience. Currently he manages investment portfolios for a number of family offices with assets over $100M. Brent is also an active angel investor in the New York metro area, having invested in eight start-up firms over the last several years, focusing on technology infrastructure and software as well as consumer products companies.

Brent previously spent nearly three decades at JP Morgan Chase, in New York, Hong Kong, and Germany. As a Managing Director, Brent managed a global investment advisory group in the Private Bank, providing sophisticated investment advice and strategies to very high net worth clients. Earlier, as an investment banker for corporations and financial institutions, he won numerous advisory and financing mandates, working with US and European firms. Brent also served as Director of the Bank's Asian Corporate Finance Center. He also worked as Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chairman and CEO for seven years.

Brent is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds a BA and MA degree in Economics from University of Minnesota and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.

James B. McEvoy, CPA brings over 30 years experience in accounting. Jim specializes in investment management and income and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals and families. Before creating his own firm, Jim spent ten years managing the estate and trust tax department of Chase Manhattan Bank the predecessor to JP Morgan Chase.

Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs, and the Estate Planning Council of Westchester, Inc. He serves on the Income of Estates, Trusts, and Beneficiaries Committee, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he chaired the Income of Estates and Trust. He was also a member of the American Bankers' Association Tax Committee. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Arthritis Foundation, New York Chapter, and a former Member the Board of Directors of The Alzheimer's Association of the Hudson Valley.

Jim received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Taxation from Iona College.
